Hackers stole the personal data of 57 mil
lion customers and drivers from Uber Technologies Inc., a massive breach that the company concealed for more than a year.
New York’s attorney general launched an investigation after Uber admitted it failed to disclose a massive data breach for more than a year. The ridesharing company said Tuesday that hackers stole the personal data of 57 million customers and drivers.
That includes names, email addresses and phone numbers. Carter Evans reports.
